Painting, hanging storage, and circuits

After the gym today, I got started on a couple of projects. I completed the photovoltaic panel stand and painted it. I’ll post something about that entire project later.

While the primer was drying I went ahead and put up a hanging storage shelf. I got it at Lowe’s a couple of months ago at 50% off. Two actually. And I had originally put up two a year ago. Not sure if I can fit the 4th one.

Finally, I just put together a little circuit involving a relay. I’m using a kit (I don’t remember much from my digital logic class in college, some 10 or so years ago). This will eventually be put to use in my project (see 1st paragraph).

Long day, good night!

La’ie wetland cleanup

November’s La’ie cleanup went well, as do all La’ie cleanups. A very mixed groups showed up. A handful of St. Anthony School 6th graders and their parents put in some hours along with fellow Kihei tech park-ers.
The water cabbage has been gone for a couple of months by now and the ducks are happy. Check out the five that are living there and the progress we made.
